Ninja Troops have the highest Attack Boost percentage and are special in boosting the chance of bypassing defensive buffs (otherwise reserved to some Special Skills and Ranger Class talent). Only the names and icons are different among the other elements.Īll Tower Troops below are Epic (4*) and only available when their appropriate Tower Events are active in the Troop Summon portal, with the odds of 5 % (see also above). ![]() * While the graphic names and depicts only Nature Troops, the information is relevant to all troop types. The infographic ( courtesy of N.O.X.) on the right shows the in-game icons for each troop stat, followed by a listing of the percentage increased by each troop type after full leveling (without the newest ones' Bypass Defensive Buffs). Most troops are oriented either toward Attack or Defense. There is a 3* Hybrid variant, and 4* troops are divided into Crit(+Defense), Mana(+Attack) due to their strong focus on said additional stat, or scarce 4* Epic Ninja, Magic or Styx Troops, known collectively as Tower Troops and available in Tower Events. They come in all 4 rarities and can be obtained from the War chest, Titan loot and Mystic Vision. Trainer Troops premiered in Version 43 on Black Friday (Nov 26) 2021 they speed up leveling the same way Trainer Heroes work but unlike them cannot be used in battle (i. However, in practice the amount of troops available tends to be the bottleneck while food is copious, so it doesn't make sense to use up thrice many Troops while the gain in experience is slight. In higher levels the food cost rises so steeply that a better ratio of experience progression per food used could be achieved by first leveling 1* and 2* troops to level 2 and then using them for leveling rather then use the basic troops straight. Like with Heroes Leveling, the food cost is dependent on the current level of the leveled-up Troop, while the experience gained depends on the rarity as well as the level of the troop used (see table below + 20 % per level of 1* and 2*, 16 % for the 3* and 11.5 % for 4*). Troops can be leveled with food by sacrificing other troops of the same element in the Barracks. Troops can also be trained, or Epic ones retrained, from Recruits and Iron in the Hero Academy Levels 2, 4, 6 and 9. It is worth noting (and saving up tokens) that the Tower Summon is more advantageous then the ordinary Epic one – the 10 % chance of gaining an ordinary Epic Troop is kept and the extra 5% of the special Tower ones comes at the expense of the baseline 90 % Rare. Troops can be gained as battle reward (1 and 2 star only) or summoned in the Daily Summon (which produces Heroes twice often than Troops, so the table lists raw percentage as well as the ratio of summoned troops), Epic Troop Summon (for tokens, 200 Gems or ) or Tower Troop Summon which replaces the latter during the Tower Events.
